We have a 30-day limited return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

At Bigliquidation we keep our prices low by buying end of lot, overstock and inventory from multiple sources. Our return policy is strictly adhered to.

We classify our products in the description as:

New - factory sealed unopened box (manufacturers warranty only)

New Open Box - Item is still new but the box is either damaged (from transportation) or opened. We examine, test the product and put back in the original box (even if damaged box) seal the box at our warehouse. Manufactuers warranty may apply, we do not offer any.

Refurbished - We test a return item, make sure it works and include all accessories but may be missing some documents like a service manual or other manufacturers paperwork or booklets. Sometimes we repackage these items in new brown shipping box or use the original box and re-seal. These items may not have a manufacturers warranty, we do not offer one.

I your item is sealed NEW and you open it - you cannot return it for refund.

We sell NEW Factory Sealed, New Open Box and Refurbished Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (sealed). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In some cases we will provide a return waybill, however in certain cases the buyer may have to pay for return shipping and or return the item to our warehouse (in the case of a PICK UP order). Any unopened accurately described, sealed items customers are returning will require the customer to pay for return shipping. Items can be brought back to the warehouse.

A damaged box is not an acceptable reason for a return for refund. We cannot control damaged boxes which occur from transportation and shipping. In some cases, our prices are low to reflect a damaged box.

To start a return, you can contact us at ecommerce@bigtech.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Inspect your item before opening.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We attempt to accurately describe each item, if the item is different from how we described it and you would like a refund, please do not open the sealed manufacturers box and contact us immediately. Do not open any sealed items before contacting us if you are planning to return it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on CLEARANCE items. We also do not accept returns on NEW Factory Sealed Items, once the seal or factory packaging has been opened.

If the item is not working, please contact the manufacturer for warranty issues. Follow manufacturer return or repair policies, we do not offer any additional warranty

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will refund the returned accepted item to your payment method.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
